Here is the overview of VB 9.0 on MSDN: Overview of Visual Basic 9.0

Specific features outlined in this document that VB will be getting to better support LINQ will be XML literals, type inference, and dynamic interfaces. There probably will be an update to this document when Orcas March CTP is released.
